At BytKart, each vendor manages their own deliveries to ensure products reach you fresh and on time.

You can check the product for freshness and quality at the time of delivery before making the payment. Payments are made directly to the vendor — either in cash or through UPI using the QR code or UPI ID provided at delivery.

Since the products are verified in person before payment, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order is delivered and paid for. However, if a product is damaged, defective, or not as described, please report it to the vendor immediately at the time of delivery for resolution.

BytKart serves only as the platform enabling transactions between buyers and vendors. All deliveries and return resolutions are handled directly by the respective vendors.
